Cut your bread into slices and then into the size desired (cut the baguette on a diagonal).
Place the bread in one layer on a baking pan and brush them with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Undercook the bread a little, place the camembert and the rosemary and put it back in the oven for a couple minutes before finishing
Add your cheese, apple & nuts and drizzle with honey.
